For our venues located outside Milan, we require a €50 booking fee for the site visit. This amount is intended to ensure client commitment, as each visit involves nearly a full day to reach the location, open and prepare it exclusively for the client, in addition to covering travel expenses. The €50 fee does not remotely cover these costs, but it serves as a mutual commitment to prevent no-shows. The amount will still be fully deducted from the Sales Order if the event is confirmed.
The meeting (lasting 45 minutes) will take place with a Sales Manager, who will explain the characteristics and possibilities of the venue and the services offered, as well as being able to clarify any doubts or requests in relation to quotes already received.
